14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us in writing, then return the product within a further 14 days.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot take back opened cosmetics, opened supplement containers, or vials whose seal has been broken.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery fee within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used.
