CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29)
A tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analogue, 29 residues, C-terminal amide. Reference material.
CJC-1295 without DAC — also catalogued as Modified GRF(1-29) — is a 29-residue analogue of human growth hormone-releasing hormone, carrying four substitutions relative to the native sequence: D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15 and Leu27. The substitutions are what distinguish it in the literature: they confer resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase-IV cleavage, to deamidation and to oxidation.
Unlike the DAC version, this analogue carries no maleimidopropionyl-lysine extension at the C-terminus. Supplied lyophilised under vacuum in a sealed vial, with a batch-specific HPLC and mass spectrometry report.
