Neck skin has fewer oil glands and moves constantly, so it behaves differently from the face. This cream carries palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, acetyl tetrapeptide-9 and copper tripeptide-1 in a base that is deliberately richer than a facial moisturiser.
